I appreciate that victims have to feel believed, but what about in cases of vexatious claims made by persons in order to gain unfair advantage in Family Law cases? These are real situations in which one partner can make claims in order to avoid mediation and automatically gain 100% parental responsibility in cases involving children. According to your website (and personal experience) anyone claiming to be the victim of domestic/family abuse will automatically be believed.
